President / CEO / Sales Manager
Mr. Ward founded Central Mass Web Design www.centralmasswebdesign.com in 2002 and has since directed the operations of the company and its growth. Ward has continued to direct a team of seasoned professionals in the design and development of countless websites. From small business sites and non-profit organizations to larger-scale projects that enable companies to establish a corporate presence, Ward and his team have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
Before starting CMWD, Mr. Ward worked for Lycos.com. Of his noteworthy accomplishments, Ward worked directly with their partners; industry giants such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN on a keyword bidding management system for the pay per click industry. Mr. Ward has also spearheaded the development of 30 “Toys for Tots” websites across the country and has donated his company’s services to several worthwhile causes.
He brings to each and every client the knowledge and expertise of his work with industry icons as well as his skills honed in working on hundreds of internet based projects. Mr. Ward has also served as a regular columnist at the Gardner News, writing about website development and the landscape of the Internet and has written commentary for New England Real Estate Journal and the Worcester Business Journal.

General Manager
We are happy to announce Mark Smith, previously, the Sales and Marketing Manager for Central Mass Web Design has accepted the position of General Manager. He brings to Central Mass Web Design almost 30 years of experience in business management, print and media design and production, along with extensive sales and marketing experience.
Mark was most recently employed as the general manager for a local printing services company. Previously, he was founder and President of SoundImage, Inc., a multi-media production company with offices in Largo, Florida and Central Massachusetts. Prior to that, he worked for 15 years as Client Services Manager, and VP of Creative Services for Delta Audio-Visual in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Mark will be working the coming year on the development of various Marketing Programs to complement the company's existing Website Business Plans.
Senior Project Manager
Kimberly Veautour has over 10 years experience in both Project Management and Customer Service Management. This experience includes extensive program and project management roles with emphasis on client relations and project implementation. Kimberly is an effective leader and can drive site development processes to meet goals in an efficient and organized manner. Recently married and relocated to Central Massachusetts, her previous employment includes Senior Project Management / Office Management for Thornhill Construction, located in Rhode Island. Kimberly has managed many “new build” and “site modification” projects throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
In her spare time Kimberly enjoys coaching a competitive adult softball team, and traveled to Arizona in October 2007 to participate in the NAGAAA Softball World Series. Kimberly belongs to many groups and organizations including The Association for Project Management and The Renaissance City Softball League.
Kimberly was the recipient of the RCSL 2006 Unsung Hero Award and was recently awarded The RCSL Commissioners Award of Excellence 2008, as well as the RCSL 2008 Commissioners Award of Service and Dedication.

Lisa March is the newest addition to our Central Mass Web Design Team. Lisa comes to Central Mass Web Design with an extensive background in client development, advertising, branding, marketing campaigns, and sales. Lisa uses her background to develop individualized advertising and web packages aimed at creating brand awareness for her clients. Maintaining her high level of service, Lisa continuously attends courses and seminars in sales, marketing, and networking. Former Vice President of The Green Guy, Inc., Debbie Pettirossi brings to Central Mass Web Design a strong background in web development, corporate branding, and marketing. Understanding a clients needs is a driving force for Debbie. She uses her experience in web coding to give a broad understanding of web design to each of her clients. Debbie is an alumnus of George Mason University. Previous employers include The Green Guy, Inc., and SETA Corporation. Debbie Pettirossi is a member of the following organizations:
Toys for Tots Coordinator / Marketing Assistant
David Levanti recently graduated from Wachusett Community College with an Associates Degree in Business and plans to further his education in the near future. David lives with his family in Ashburnham, Massachusettes, and graduated from Oakmont Regional High School.
With David’s drive for business and his innovative marketing plans and strategies, he brings to Central Mass Web Design a fresh new outlook. David will be focusing his attentions the coming year to the growth and promotion of the Toys for Tots websites, including the implementation of new features and designs.
PHP/Web Developer
Lars Sanden has an extensive background in management, customer service, web development, and information management. With a background in HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, ASP, and Javascript, Lars bring to Central Mass Web Design a complete package of coding needs, while striving to meet and exceed client expectations.
Previous employers include One Communications where Lars was the Data Support Group Manager. Overseeing a team of 19 technicians, Lars was able to consistently exceed group goals. Lars has been instrumental in the development of web applications including a knowledge base system that was adopted by the entire customer support department, applications to track corporate overtime, database display of customer service call center calls taken vs. abandoned, and databases to test a Technician’s knowledge.

Graphic Design Artist
Briana graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. While there she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Briana was also lead graphic designer for a student organization called "Stop the Fine Print" a group established to raise awareness about deceptive advertising , their accomplishments include writing a bill which Anne Gobi helped to present to the State House. Briana has received many awards including:
Briana currently attends Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH. , where she studies Graphic Communications and will achieve her Bachelor’s in Spring 2009.
Administrative Office Assistant
Carol and her husband previously owned and operated Parents and Son, Inc. for 25 years. With her experience in the hospitality industry, Carol brings an understanding of what true customer service entails. Carol brings a varied administrative background to the CMWD Team. She currently lives in Gardner with her husband.
